Description:   A vulnerability was reported in WebLogic Server and WebLogic Express. A remote user can conduct brute force guessing attacks.

A remote user can submit a specially crafted URL logon request to determine whether the password is correct or not without being subject to the account lockout mechanism.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass the account lockout feature to conduct brute force password guessing attacks.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a patch (CR328282).
