Description:   Two vulnerabilities were reported in Trend Micro OfficeScan. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system. A remote user can bypass authentication on the console.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger a buffer overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target web service.

A remote user can send specially crafted HTTP headers to bypass the OfficeScan Management Console logon password authentication process.

Impact:   A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can bypass authentication on the console.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (7.3.0.1293 and 8.0.0.1042).
