Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the OpenTTD game software. A remote user may be able to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

Several sections of the code make vsprintf() calls on user-supplied data without including the format string specifier. A remote user can supply a specially crafted value containing format string characters to cause the target service to crash or potentially execute arbitrary code.

The flaws reside in 'network.c', 'os2.c', 'strgen/strgen.c', 'texteff.c', 'ttd.c', and 'win32.c'.

Alexey Dobriyan discovered these vulnerabilities.

Impact:   A remote user may be able to execute arbitrary code on either the client or the server. The code will run with the privileges of the OpenTTD process.
