Description:   Security .Net Information (snilabs) reported a vulnerability in PHP-Blogger. A remote user can download user information, including user e-mail addresses and hashed passwords.

It is reported that a remote user can directly download the 'subscribers.db' and 'pref.db' database, which contain user names, e-mail addresses, and hashed passwords.
