Description:   A denial of service vulnerability was reported in Canon's imageRUNNER 330 that allows remote users to crash the printer by port scanning it.

A remote user can conduct a port scan of higher numbered ports (e.g., 30000-59000) to cause the printer to crash. The printer must be unplugged and/or rebooted to return to normal operation.

Impact:   A remote user can crash the printer, requiring it to be unplugged or rebooted to return to normal operation.
Solution:   No solution was available at the time of this entry.
