Some customers may have received some delayed messages, primarily regarding recent Apple and Oracle patches, due to an error in the alert processing system for e-mail based alerts that was not properly (and promptly) detected.

The error condition will be added to the monitoring suite this week and is being manually monitored in the meantime.

The web-based alerts and XML/SOAP-based alerts were not affected. The public web site was not affected.
