Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Apache CXF. A remote user can bypass authentication.

On systems with WS-SecurityPolicy enabled plaintext UsernameTokens, a remote user can supply a UsernameToken element with no password child element to bypass authentication.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass authentication in certain cases.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (2.5.9, 2.6.6, 2.7.3) [in February 2013].
