Description:
A vulnerability was reported in the Novell Client. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
A remote user can send specially crafted RPC data to trigger one of several stack overflows in NWSPOOL.DLL and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target service.
The RpcAddPrinterDriver and RpcGetPrinterDriverDirectory requests are affected. Other requests may be affected.
The vendor was notified on August 9, 2007.
