Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Outlook Express. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.

A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger an error in the MHTML parser and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.

Windows 2000-based systems are not affected. Windows XP SP1 is not affected. Windows 2003 (prior to SP1) is not affected.

This vulnerability was originally reported in May 2006 by Mr. Niega as an Internet Explorer vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can create a HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.
