Description:   A vulnerability was reported in NetWare. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The NetWare Distributed Print Services (NDPS) component contains an integer overflow. A remote user can send specially crafted data to trigger the overflow and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability resides in 'DPRPCNLM.NLM'.

The vendor was notified on May 1, 2006.

Ryan Smith and Alex Wheeler researched this vulnerability.
