Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IR800 Integrated Services Routers. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user on the router console can enter ROMMON mode and modify ROMMON variables to exploit an input validation flaw and execute arbitrary code and boot an unsigned hypervisor.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvb44027 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
