Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco SocialMiner. A remote user can conduct XML external entity attacks to obtain files on the target system.

A remote user can supply a specially crafted XML External Entity (XXE) file that, when imported by the target administrator, will read and write files on the target system with the privileges of the target administrator.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvf47946 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can read and write files on the target system with the privileges of the target administrator.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix.
