Description:   A vulnerability was reported in the Linux kernel. A local user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.

On systems configured for IPX, a local user can trigger a user-after-free memory error in the ipxitf_ioctl() function in 'net/ipx/af_ipx.c' and cause the target system to crash.

Li Qiang (Qihoo 360) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system.
Solution:   Ubuntu has issued a fix.
