Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IOS and IOS XE. A remote user can cause the target system to reload.

A remote user on the local network can replay captured packets to cause the target Autonomic Control Plane (ACP) channel to reset and the target device to reload.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvd88936 to this vulnerability.

Omar Eissa of ERNW (at Black Hat USA 2017) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target system to reload.
