Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco IOS and IOS XE. A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A remote user on the local network can replay captured packets to cause the target Autonomic Control Plane (ACP) to reset and can view potentially sensitive information in ACP packets that are transferred in clear text within the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvd51214 to this vulnerability.

Omar Eissa of ERNW (at Black Hat USA 2017) reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.
