Description:   Several vulnerabilities were reported in PHP. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions on the target system. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system. A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted HTTP POST data to cause the target application to consume excessive CPU resources.

A remote user can send specially crafted data to cause the target application to crash.

A remote user can trigger a stack overflow in the PHP INI API to potentially execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can trigger a buffer overread in wddx_deserialize() in the parsing of dateTime values to view potentially sensitive information on the target system.

Impact:   A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.

A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

A remote user can obtain potentially sensitive information on the target system.

Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (5.6.31, 7.0.21, 7.1.7).
