Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Siemens SIMATIC WinCC. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

On systems that are not installed in the default path (e.g., 'C:\Program Files\'), a local user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.

WATERSURE and KIANDRA IT reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (WinCC 7.0 SP2 Upd 12, 7.0 SP3 Upd 8, 7.3 Upd 11; WinCC TIA Portal 14).
