Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. A local user can gain system privileges on the target system.

A local user can exploit an access control flaw in the Start Before Logon (SBL) module to open Internet Explorer with System privileges.

Systems configured for SBL are affected.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvc43976 to this vulnerability.

Thomas Toth reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A local user can obtain system privileges on the target system.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (4.3.05017, 4.4.00243).
