Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Cisco Industrial Ethernet 2000 Series Switch. A remote user can consume excessive memory on the target system.

A remote user can send specially crafted Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) requests to trigger a memory leak and consume excessive memory on the target system.

The vendor has assigned bug ID CSCvc54788 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can consume excessive memory resources on the target system.
