Description:   A vulnerability was reported in F5 BIG-IP. A remote user can cause the target service to crash.

A remote user can send a specially crafted sequence of packets to cause the target Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) to restart.

Systems using a virtual server with an associated FastL4 profile and TCP analytics profile are affected.

The vendor has assigned ID 630919 to this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can cause the target TMM to restart.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (12.1.2) [in December 2016].
