Description:
A vulnerability was reported in BIND. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
On systems configured for DNSSEC validation, a remote user can cause the cache of failing queries to be used before fully initialized, triggering an assertion failure.
Einar Lonn of IIS.se reported this vulnerability.

NetBSD has issued a fix.
