Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML). A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.
A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger an object access memory error in MSXML and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.
Microsoft Office 2003 SP3, 2007 SP2, and 2007 SP3 are also affected.
Google Security Team and Qihoo 360 Security Center reported this vulnerability.

A remote user can create a file that, when loaded by the target user, will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system.

Solution:
The vendor has issued a fix.
