Description:
A vulnerability was reported in Microsoft Windows Partition Manager. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.
A local user can run specially crafted code to cause two or more processes or threads to call Plug and Play (PnP) Configuration Manager functions at the same time and trigger a memory allocation error.
The Windows Partition Manager (partmgr.sys) is affected.
