Description:
A vulnerability was reported in IBM Rational ClearQuest. A remote user can cause arbitrary code to be executed on the target user's system.
A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by the target user, will trigger a buffer overflow in the RegisterSchemaRepoFromFileByDbSet() function call and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.

The vendor has issued a fix (7.1.1.9, 7.1.2.6, 8.0.0.2).
