Description:   A vulnerability was reported in IBM Rational Asset Manager. A remote authenticated user can modify another user's preferences.

A remote authenticated non-administrative user can set a specially crafted UID value to modify an arbitrary user's preferences.

Impact:   A remote authenticated user can modify another user's preferences.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (APAR PM38335; 7.5.1).
