Description:   A vulnerability was reported in Ruby on Rails. A remote user can bypass filters.

For applications deployed on a case-insensitive filesystem, a remote user may be able to bypass filters and access ostensibly restricted templates.

Jan M. Faber of supersaas reported this vulnerability.

Impact:   A remote user can bypass filters on case-insensitive filesystems.
Solution:   The vendor has issued a fix (3.0.4).
