Description:
A vulnerability was reported in HP Operations Manager. A remote user can access the target system.
The Tomact users XML file contains a hidden account. A remote user can access the 'org.apache.catalina.manager.HTMLManagerServlet' class via this account to upload a file containing arbitrary code to the '/manager/html/upload' directory and then execute the code with System privileges.
Windows-based systems are affected.
The vendor was notified on November 9, 2009.
