Description:
Several vulnerabilities were reported in Mac OS X. One vulnerability affects Samba. A remote user can access files on the target system.
Mac OS X v10.6 is not affected.
A specially crafted alias file can trigger a buffer overflow in the Alias Manager [CVE-2009-2800].
A specially crafted resource fork can trigger a memory corruption error in CarbonCore [CVE-2009-2803].
An image with a specially crafted embedded ColorSync profile can trigger a heap overflow [CVE-2009-2804].
A PDF file with a specially crafted JBIG2 stream can trigger an integer overflow in CoreGraphics [CVE-2009-2805]. Will Dormann of CERT/CC reported this vulnerability.
A specially crafted web page can trigger a heap overflow in CoreGraphics in the rendering of long strings [CVE-2009-2468]. Will Drewry of Google reported this vulnerability.
A specially crafted PixarFilm-encoded TIFF image can trigger a memory corruption error in ImageIO [CVE-2009-2809].
A remote user can create a '.fileloc' file that, when downloaded by the target user, will not display a warning to the target user [CVE-2009-2811].
Specially crafted HTML may cause Launch Services to open an unsafe exported documnt type [CVE-2009-2812]. Systems prior to Mac OS X v10.5 are not affected.
Systems with Windows File Sharing enabled may share folders unexpectedly [CVE-2009-2813]. Systems prior to Mac OS X v10.5 are not affected. J. David Hester of LCG Systems National Institutes of Health reported this vulnerability.
A remote user can supply a specially crafted request containing non-UTF-8 encoded data to the Wiki Server to trigger a cross-site scripting vulnerability [CVE-2009-2814]. Systems prior to Mac OS X v10.5 are not affected.

Solution:
Samba versions after 3.0.11 are affected by CVE-2009-2813.
Samba has issued a fix (3.0.37, 3.2.15, 3.3.8, 3.4.2) for CVE-2009-2813.
