Description:
A vulnerability was reported in the SQLData Enterprise Server from SQLData Systems, Inc. A remote user can cause the application to crash and may be able to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges and take full control of the server.
SecurityFocus reported that a remote user can create a specially crafted request with a long string of characters to trigger a stack overflow. [Editor's note: This is believed to be an HTTP GET request, but the report did not indicate the type of request.]
According to the report, this allows the remote user to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges on the server or cause the application to crash.

SecurityFocus reported a vulnerability in the SQLData Enterprise Server
from SQLData Systems, Inc.
A remote user can reportedly create a specially crafted request with a
long string of characters to trigger a stack overflow. According to the
report, this may allow the remote user to execute arbitrary code with
