Description:   A vulnerability was reported in CUPS. A local user can obtain elevated privileges on the target system.

A local user can set a specially crafted LOCALEDIR environment variable to load specially crafted localization files and trigger a format string flaw in lppasswd. Arbitrary code can be executed on the target system with root privileges.
