Description: A vulnerability was reported in HP OpenView Internet Services when running Probe Builder. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
A remote user can send specially crafted data to cause the target system to crash.
The vulnerability resides in 'PBOVISServer.exe'.
Probe
Builder is a 3rd party product that is included with HP OpenView Internet Services.
The vendor was notified on April 3, 2008.
An
anonymous researcher reported this vulnerability via iDefense.
