Description: A vulnerability was reported in WebLogic Server. A remote user can bypass security policies to access JMS messages.
In certain situations, a remote user can bypass the security policies defined on a target JMS Topic destination.
An application
user that does not have the "receive" permission to a target JMS destination (queue/topic) may be able to receive messages from
the target standalone (physical) JMS Topic destination or from a member of a secured Distributed Topic member destination.

Impact: A remote user can bypass security policies to access JMS messages.

Solution: The vendor has issued fixes (10.0 Maintenance Pack 1, 9.2 Maintenance Pack 2, and a patch for 9.1).
