Description: A vulnerability was reported in Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE). A remote user may be able to bypass URL-based access controls.
The Unicode Transformation Format-8 (UTF-8) decoder accepts encodings that are longer than the "shortest" form. A user may be able
to exploit this to bypass access controls on systems that expect the JRE UTF-8 decoder to reject non-shortest form sequences.
[Editor's
note: Sun indicates that this is not a vulnerability in Java.]
