Description: A vulnerability was reported in IPsec-Tools. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
The software does not remove orphaned Phase 1 handles for remotely initiated negotiations. A remote user may be able to cause excessive
resource consumption on the target system.
The vulnerability resides in 'src/racoon/handler.c'.
