Description: A vulnerability was reported in the Microsoft Windows Event System. A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.
A remote authenticated user in the domain can send specially crafted data to trigger an error in processing per-user subscriptions
[CVE-2008-1457] or an error in indexing arrays [CVE-2008-1456] and execute arbitrary code on the target system. The code will run
with local system privileges.
Yamata Li of Palo Alto Networks reported the array index error.

Impact: A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system with Local System privileges.
