Description: A vulnerability was reported in Ruby WEBrick. A remote user can cause denial of service conditions.
A remote user can send a specially crafted HTTP request to cause the target web service to consume an excessive amount of time processing
the request.
The vulnerability resides in the WEBrick::HTTP::DefaultFileHandler in the WEBrick::HTTPUtils.split_header_value()
function.
