Description:  A vulnerability was reported in Linux Kernel. A random number generator may not produce random numbers on systems without entropy.

On systems without entropy sources, the random number feature does not properly seed pools. The random number generator may provide non-random values in certain cases.

Impact:  A random number generator may not produce random numbers on systems without entropy.
Solution:  The vendor has issued a fixed version (2.6.21.4).
