Description: A vulnerability was reported in Symantec Security Information Manager. A local user can obtain elevated privileges.
A local user can create a specially crafted rule definition that, when transformed by the M4 Macro Library into java code to be executed
by the rule-engine, will execute shell commands. The commands will run with the privileges of the sesuser account name.

Impact: A local user can execute shell commands with the privileges of the sesuser account name.
