Description: A vulnerability was reported in Windows Client-Server Run-time Subsystem. A remote user can execute arbitrary code on the target system. A local user can gain elevated privileges on the target system.
The system does not properly process error messages. A remote user can create specially crafted HTML that, when loaded by a target
user, will trigger a memory corruption error and execute arbitrary code on the target user's system with system privileges. Also,
a local user can also execute arbitrary code with system privileges.
