Description:   rgod reported a vulnerability in PHPSurveyor. A remote user can inject SQL commands. A remote user can exploit this to include and execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The 'save.php' script does not properly validate user-supplied input in the 'surveyid' cookie parameter. A remote user can supply a specially crafted parameter value to execute SQL commands on the underlying database.

A remote user can cause the system to write arbitrary PHP code to a file on the target system (such as a web server log file) and then send a specially crafted request to alter the thissurvey['language'] parameter and cause the target system to include and execute the arbitrary PHP code from the file on the target system. The PHP code, including operating system commands, will run with the privileges of the target web service.
