Description: A vulnerability was reported in KDE in the Kate and Kwrite applications. A local or remote authenticated user may be able to view backup files.
The Kate/Kwrite applications create a backup file when saving an edited file. The backup file is created with default permissions
even if the edited file had more restrictive permissions. As a result, a local or remote authenticated user may be able to view
a target user's backup files.
