Description:  A vulnerability was reported in the Ability Server in the FTP service. A remote authenticated user can execute arbitrary code on the target system.

K-Otik posted an exploit by muts from whitehat.co.il that indicates that there is a buffer overflow in the processing of the FTP STOR command.

Impact:  A remote authenticated user may be able to execute arbitrary code on the target system with the privileges of the FTP service.
Solution:  No solution was available at the time of this entry. This product has been discontinued.
