Phuong Nguyen reported that a cascading style sheet (CSS) that contains certain character combinations (e.g., "<STYLE>@;/*") can
cause IE to crash.
Microsoft reported that a remote user can create a specially crafted CSS that, when loaded by the target user,
will execute arbitrary code on the target user's system. The code will run with the privileges of the target user.
